Blackberry Stables is located just 3 miles outside the town of Maynooth Co. Kildare, down a quiet cul-de-sac. We are within easy access of Kilcock, Leixlip, Celbridge and Dunboyne and we are only 40 mins from Dublin city centre. Blackberry Stables is a small family run riding school specialising in individual and small (max 5) lessons. We cater for children from 3 years old and beginner adults to national eventing standard, the emphasis is on the quality of instruction. Our lessons cover all disciplines - flatwork / dressage, jumping and cross-country. We pride ourselves on making our lessons an enjoyable and safe riding experience. The Types of lessons we offer are:

Here at Blackberry Stables we include all elements of riding in our teaching from Tacking up to Grooming. Therefore we have a saying here, when you come to Blackberry Stables you don't just have a pony ride you learn how to horse ride.
Other equestrian services we provide include: Breaking, Schooling, DIY and full livery
Our facilities include our new 50m x 40m all weather floodlit arena (built summer 2010). 20 acres of parkland provide the thrills of riding cross-country or a quiet nature trek down to the river. We also have access to woods nearby that can provide clients with natural jumps or a pleasant peaceful potter in nature.
