2. Therapeutic Riding & Equine Assisted Activities with Terri Brosnan
"Therapeutic riding is when the horses 3 dimensional movement regulates the rider this then means that the rider is more able to take in new learning. Equine Assisted Activities is done on the ground through equine activities to help people improve physical, emotional, and social well-being."
3. Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Demonstration
With Nichole Murray and Linda Bolger
"Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is always done with a mental health professional, IE a psychotherapist (Linda Bolger). It’s all ground-based, meaning there is no riding of the horses. This approach allows the horses to act naturally and make their own choices, making them integral members of the therapeutic team. The demo will be showing the EAGALA Mode."
